1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order prior to shipment. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

During high-volume seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.

2. FULFILLMENT STRUCTURE

In-House Fulfillment

At this time, Edena lip gloss products are stocked and fulfilled directly by Edena.

Direct-From-Manufacturer Fulfillment

Certain products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners.

Because of this fulfillment structure:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments

  • Items may ship from different warehouse locations

  • Tracking numbers may vary

Split shipments are provided at no additional cost to the customer.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Promotional free shipping offers apply only within the terms specified at the time of promotion.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time estimates:

  • In-stock items: 5–10 business days

  • Manufacturer-shipped items: 7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Edena is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Edena is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Edena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify delivery location

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with household members or neighbors

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier; however, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

8. SHIPPING DELAYS

Edena is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address submission

Shipping timeframes are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance.

Edena is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by destination countries.
